iFeed Friction Feeder
The feeder is design to feed all type of materials such as label, folded box, cardboard/plastic card, laminated pouch, plastic pre-form bag, paper or flexible plastic envelop and all type of suitable materials that can be easily separated by the feeder.
The feed magazine will take up to a stack height of over 200 mm and can accept material thickness from 0.1 – 10 mm.
The design of the feeder conveyor allowed the attachment of CIJ Ink Jet printer, Thermal Ink Jet, Piezo Ink Jet, Labelling machine, Vision Inspection and other types of equipment at speed up to 60m per minute. Various type of option is available such as counter, no materials auto stop, double detection, automatic collation conveyor, vacuum conveyor. Fast and easy changeover of sizes without tools.
